Located seconds away from some of London’s most historic landmarks, Pennine Way are proud to announce the launch of their new business centre, located at 30 Orange St, WC2H 0HH. The building is right next door to the National Portrait Gallery and offers views of both Leicester Sq and Trafalgar Sq, so with that in mind we felt that it just had to be named Pennine² . Offering excellent transport connections, Pennine2 is just moment away from Charing Cross, Leicester Sq and Embankment stations. The new Elizabeth line can be accessed via Tottenham Court Road station in less than 10 mins. Pennine² is less than 45 seconds away from our existing West End building, ‘Pennine Place’ and all tenants of the new centre will be offered complimentary membership to our club, ‘Arborteum’. The centre offers 18,000sq ft of bright office and break out space, using the energy of the West End to deliver a cool and inspiring environment. We look forward to welcoming you to our new centre and to remind you of the immortal words of Huey Lewis and the News that ‘its hip to be²’.

While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Pennine Way.

Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.
While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Pennine Way may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
