which house creative office and post-production spaces. Notably, Warner Brothers De Lane
Lea has established their London post-production facility here, occupying 30,000 sq. ft.

addition of the Elizabeth Line in 2022 has further enhanced connectivity, with the new
Tottenham Court Road station entrance just over 100 meters from Ilona Rose House,
