Point Properties have been responsible for full management of my property from Autumn 2025. During this time my agent has been very supportive, delivering the service to a good standard which I very much appreciate. As an experienced landlord with an experience of working with a variety of estate agents, what I have found particularly useful and sets this agent and agency apart is their willingness to be flexible, supportive and approachable to ensure things get done and goals are achieved. Steps were taken to ensure 100% occupancy of the HMO within a couple of months. Where there was a need to change strategy to attract more tenants, the agent was proactive and their suggestion yielded the desired results. While it is still early days I have good reason to believe the positive experience will continue and hence will recommend Point Properties as they demonstrate a commitment to deliver.

Point Properties were absolutely amazing in finding our buy-to-let property for us, and letting it immediately. Had a issue with a leak over the weekend. I was able to get hold of a member of staff during this time, who arranged for someone to come out and fix it. We even got reimbursed for the towels that were used to help stop the flow / clean up. The staff member I spoke to was friendly / helpful.
