Had a issue with a leak over the weekend. I was able to get hold of a member of staff during this time, who arranged for someone to come out and fix it. We even got reimbursed for the towels that were used to help stop the flow / clean up. The staff member I spoke to was friendly / helpful.

The staff were genuinely great—nice and professional—but honestly, that’s where the good news ends. The owner, is a whole other story. The state of the commercial property under his watch was just unacceptable. Frankly, he is one of the most obnoxious and selfish people I’ve ever dealt with in a professional setting. He clearly doesn't care about the properties he rents out, and that shocking lack of care created major headaches and serious safety risks for us. Our tenancy was a nightmare of neglect. We constantly battled leaks, repeated flooding, a serious rat infestation, and failing piping. Even basic safety was ignored: the electrics would cut out every time there was a storm, which felt genuinely dangerous. They changed the bin rooms, which ended up blocking the fire escapes without planning going through, which they were later enforced to change back. That’s not just annoying; that’s a massive life safety violation that shows a disturbing indifference to tenants. And to top it all off, when we were exiting the lease, they pulled a completely unacceptable move. The ownership "forgot" to increase the rent every year as per the contract, and hit us with a £1,000+ charge of unpaid rent on the way out to make up for their administrative mistake. Seriously poor and dishonest business practice. If you're looking for a commercial property, save yourself the massive headache, and look elsewhere.
