We have been at Liscard Business Centre for nearly three years and have moved into three different offices as we've grown as a company. The office spaces are clean and spacious, the WiFi works great, and the reception team who look after the building are fantastic and helpful. I have nothing bad to say about the office spaces or the lovely team downstairs!

This is a well-placed Centre, with good facilities, friendly, helpful reception staff and very responsive, professional management. Our business has always received an excellent service here, and we are very happy with the comfortable, useful, value-for-money spaces office we have within the Centre. The shared facilities, meetings rooms and IT/display/telephony provisions are all great. All-in all; we can highly recommend Liscard Business Centre.

188 Liscard Road has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Liscard Business Centre.
