We’ve just moved into our new serviced office at Storage Giant Kingswinford, and I have to say, the level of service we received from Lachlan was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make the entire move‑in process smooth, stress‑free, and genuinely enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was organised, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout, guiding us through every step with patience and professionalism. It’s rare to come across someone who takes this much pride in their work and cares this much about the customer experience. Lachlan is a credit to Storage Giant. His attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help made a huge difference to our first day in the new office. If every business had someone like him on the front line, customer service in the UK would be on another level. Highly recommended - and genuinely one of the best service experiences we’ve had in a long time. I’ve reserved a storage unit with storage giant and the process so far has been easy. The price is better than other companies in the area and Callum has been excellent in explaining everything to me and sorting everything out, brilliant customer service.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Storage Giant.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Storage Giant, who is more than happy to help out.
