Amiee for president!!! No question was silly. When she said she would call back she did, her customer service skills are on point ! I found this organization to very professional and my daughter feels very lucky to have them as the people looking after her flat as she won’t be frightened to approach them with any confirms going forward !!
We had a very smooth and positive experience with Trinity Property when selling our house. The whole process was managed really well and communication was excellent. When we met with Luke we found him to be knowledgeable and friendly and we felt that our sale was definitely in good hands. The ladies in the office were also fantastic and kept us informed at every stage of the process. The video of our property on the website was a great way of showcasing the house to potential buyers. Trinity are the best estate agents out there. Any issues with properties are delt with right away and contractors are with you within 15 minutes. I mainly deal with Sarah and no words can describe how amazing this lady is. All staff are brilliant and very friendly. I wouldn't go with any other agents anymore. To all the team. This estate woman is always abusive with me as was on Tuesday 12th May 2026 as I was filling in a form for that rental property and was standing over me being very aggressive and now again this Week on Tuesday 3rd August 2026 they nearly physically attacked me as was forcing me to the door of that estate agent telling me had to be exactly four times that property has been let to somebody else as the now is the worst estate agent in Britain and that woman should be fired
