Icon Offices is a total disgrace. They trapped me in endless, pointless KYC demands with no valid reason, then bullied me into cancelling when I refused to keep handing over personal documents. Without a single shred of proof or my permission, they shut down my account, stole my mail, and then had the nerve to send a flat-out lie claiming I asked for it on WhatsApp. I didn’t. Their staff lie, gaslight, and treat you like dirt. They ignore complaints, break their own rules, and are clearly running a scam to squeeze money out of desperate businesses. They refunded me only to cover their tracks. Avoid this hellhole at all costs — they will ruin your business and waste your time.

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member.
