I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from ICON Offices. I submitted my request to open an LTD company more than one month ago, and my company formation is still pending. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication and follow-up from your team. Instead of processing the application efficiently, I often have to wait 2–3 days just to receive a reply. Then, I am repeatedly asked to provide the same documents again and again, even though I have already submitted the requested information. After more than a month, my company has still not been created, and there is no clear explanation as to why the process is taking so long or when it will actually be completed. This has caused me unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and potentially affected my business plans. If additional documents or information were genuinely required, your team should have clearly communicated everything at the beginning instead of repeatedly requesting documents and leaving the application pending. For a company that provides professional business and company-formation services, I expected much better communication, organization, transparency, and customer support. My main concerns are: * More than one month and my LTD company is still not completed. * Very slow responses, sometimes taking 2–3 days. * Repeated requests for documents that were already provided. * No clear explanation for the continued delay. * Poor communication and follow-up. * No clear timeline for completion. * Significant inconvenience and wasted time for the customer. I hope ICON Offices takes this complaint seriously and improves its customer service and company-formation process. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase the company for updates or resend the same documents after waiting for weeks. At this point, I would not recommend this service based on my experience, unless the company makes significant improvements to its communication and processing time. I expect a proper explanation for this delay and a clear update regarding the status of my company formation. I have already provided the requested documents, yet the process continues to go in circles. One month has now passed, and I still do not have my company set up. This is unacceptable for a service that customers are paying for and relying on. If a document is missing or there is a problem with my application, I expect ICON Offices to clearly explain exactly what is required and resolve the issue promptly. Instead, the communication has been slow, repetitive, and extremely frustrating. A company registration process should be handled professionally, efficiently, and with clear communication. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase support, wait several days for basic responses, and resend the same documents without receiving a clear explanation of what is actually happening. I chose ICON Offices expecting a professional service, but unfortunately my experience has been the opposite. One full month has passed and my LTD company is still pending. I strongly recommend that the management team review this case, investigate why my application has been delayed for so long, and provide a clear explanation and immediate resolution. Very disappointed with the service, communication, and overall handling of my application. I would not recommend this service based on my experience so far.
