My experience with Icon Offices was excellent from start to finish. I contacted them because I was having trouble completing the Companies House identity verification using the mobile option. Their team was professional, responsive, and made the whole process simple. They originally told me it would take up to 7 days, but they completed everything in just 3 days. I'm really happy with their service and would definitely recommend Icon Offices to anyone who needs help with Companies House identity verification.
Ok, so I made an error when uploading my ID. I uploaded the wrong document, and this is where the fun began. You can't contact customer services to speak to a person, you can only email. Replies are promised within 24hrs. I can't say it ever took them 24hr's but I can say that it took long enough that it was a day to write an email, a day to get a reply, a day to write an email..it took weeks to have a conversation. Once they reject a single piece of ID you can't see any of the other ID's you uploaded, noting the reply times above this creates a "funny" situation as you watch the 14 day timer on post you have received count down....which doesn't get extended even when there's an issue such as the above. Of course in the meantime whilst all this is happening you are being charged, no refunds or credits. I've only recently signed up and its a nightmare, but actually I can't see an alternative..though admittedly I don't have time to look!..maybe I'll get more desperate soon if another HMRC letter goes astray.
Icon office was a great choice, and I'm glad I went with them, although there was a slight hiccup and some delay came with that, but it was quickly sorted out and I could tell this wasn't their first rodeo.
