Kings Court Stevenage is a beautiful building , i was the night security there from 1997-2004 , working mostly nights & was privileged to have the whole building to myself nightimes - i knew the building inside and out,all the floors,all the stairways,all the exits just like my own house , at the time of me being there , there was just 1 tenant IBM which had the 4-3-2 floors , no tenants at the 1st,ground,and lower ground , but gradually Capita moved in 1st floor, and UIA insurance had ground and lower ground. , i see from the recent photos partitions have all changed , building interior looks different more modernised than when i was there. The views from the top floor or 3rd floor round window overlooking the 6 mounds on six hills way are really nice , the other end of building you can see royalmail trucks doing deliveries in/out all night , then opposite was the railway lines.Good times there.

Kings Court is a great place to work! Brilliantly placed near the train & bus station, shops and town centre. It's a buzzing vibrant networking environment and provides a lovely atmosphere to work in 😊 Productivity in our company is enhanced because the facilities and utilities are first class. Sarah & Tina (mgmt team) are very helpful and supportive which reduces downtime or other ‘office distractions’. There is plenty of parking spaces which you can rent with your office and, a great asset when you have visitors to the office as you can book a space for them by the hour!

King’s Court in Stevenage is a great place for office space – clean, modern, and really well maintained. The location is convenient with good parking and easy access to local amenities.
