Generally lovely and great friendly atmosphere in creative surroundings. Free tea and coffee is a nice touch, as well as the discount to the awesome coffee shop next door if you fancy something a bit ... fancier. Some community events to enhance the freelancer/community experience would be a great touch. Highly recommend for great price and greate people.

I've used Shared Space Hitchin since 2020 and love it. Its give me everything I need - a professional but friendly office. I've met some amazing people there too, some of which I've had successful commercial relationships with (everyone wins). The coffee is good, the biscuit jar always full and the meeting room and phone call pod give me privacy when I need it. I've also had my colleagues use the space and held many client meetings there.

Great place to work, have been doing 3-4 days a month and its always a friendly atmosphere with good facilities. I appreciate the call booth in case you need to take confidential calls and they have always been flexible if I need to move my days around at short notice!

A great community. Friendly atmosphere. Good facilities. Open space. Relaxed. I have been a regular for 2 yrs with a fixed monthly desk. Highly recommended.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Shared Space Hitchin.
At Shared Space Hitchin - Carling Building, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
