The two co owners Wayne and Claire are very civilised and decent. The operative working with us Simon was a great choice as we really like his manner and his work ethic. He is extremely professional and nothing is too much trouble. We feel safe in our home now, because of Wayne and Simon and Falcon Security. Thank You. The system was worth it. Despite moans from me, the system works fab now on the phone for recording anything I need just in case. Thank You. You are a pleasure to deal with and we would recommend this firm 110 per cent. Great service from Wayne who quoted my alarm upgrade after moving into a new property. He checked everything existing worked, talked me through how it worked and what our new needs were. Connor installed the upgrade. Polite professional young man. Talked us through the alarm system and left the house spotless

Have dealt with Falcon Security for about 25 years & have never failed to be impressed by their professionalism & excellent service. Recent work involved Wayne conscientiously working out ( in the guise of a burglar!) what extra sensors we needed to install. I naively thought it was just a case of extending the existing sensors to the new front door & never considered that a new internal wall would create 'blind areas' that also needed cover. So a big thank you, always a pleasure to deal with you.
