I was impressed with the quality of the facilities that were available and the day pass price is very reasonable. The staff I met were friendly and helpful. There are multiple varied spaces to work in, a couple of meeting rooms, superb kitchen and bathroom and the phone booths are a brilliant innovation. Everything is run via their app which is excellent. My only constructive feedback was it would be helpful to note in the welcome email about how to find the front door, as it is a little tucked away and unobvious. Thanks for having me. I will certainly book again if I need a work space in Canterbury.
I urgently needed a room to have an online interview in. I came there with only a few minutes to spare and they gave me a small meeting room while I was booking a day pass. They were extremely accomodating and I'm very thankful for their swiftness. The internet was good and the meeting went well. The have biscuits and othe things to snack on. Although good characteristics, they pale in comparison to how they attended my somewhat urgent requirement.
