Was staying in Caister for a few days with family and planning to WFH but the internet was useless! After a bit of a panicked morning I spoke with Michael who freed up a room for me, sent me directions and met me at the door to check all access worked and WiFi connected. Was able to leave my screen setup in the room so I didn’t have to cart it back and forward over the few days. Michael was super helpful and very friendly. Nice tea and coffee facilities, toilets, parking nearby and everything you’d need in the room to get set up and working in less than 5mins (assuming you have a laptop and additional screen if needed!) Also at only £18-£20 a day so so reasonable!! Plenty of food places and reasonably priced parking nearby and I was given a card for my own access to come and go as I need to. Real life saver after a very stressful morning - thank you GYBC and Michael for your help, brilliant service.

Michael is great! He sorted out a room for me at short notice every though he was going on holiday.

I rented a meeting room here for two days so I could work whilst staying in nearby Caister. The facilities were good (quick wifi, secure access, kitchenette etc) and the owner was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Overall, highly recommended if you need a workspace in Great Yarmouth.

About the restart I find them absolutely useless and when you're waiting in the waiting room I heard racist comments coming from an employer and that made me feel really uncomfortable .....
Limekiln House has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Yarmouth Business Centre.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
