Lovely meeting rooms available to hire, but when I arrived today with my disabled wife I found two works vans and a brand new Tesla, all with no blue badges, filling all the accessable parking spaces at the front of the building. When I spoke about this to the young girl on reception all I got was a reply was a non-committal shrug, and no offer to get any of the vehicles moved.

Meh it's alright. I know seagulls are an issue in the town but could the building not be cleaned more regularly. It's a health hazard to go on the balcony.
