Guaranteed parking, the staff are very helpful & show a level of persistence to solve any issues we might have whether it's to do with the office space itself or putting us in contact with the right people to solve inconveniences we face as a business; they are always offering a helping hand with a smile on their face. I booked a trial week at this venue. I only stayed for half a day. The guest wifi (which was the only wifi I was allowed to use during the trial period)was terrible. Also, it was freezing in the office. When I left I told the receptionist (a lady) about the poor wifi signal. She simply nodded and said goodbye. I emailed them explaining that I was keen to purchase a membership if the fixed wifi was better that the "guests" wifi. I received no response. I signed up with We Work, and I couldn't be happier.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Engine House.
