they refuse to put your boxes in your room for you when you aren't there.. In Response to the 'owner': You already have my lock code. Why is not okay for you (professional staff who manage the building where there is CCTV footage and way easier to punish should theft occur) to go into the room vs delivery men who you do not know and would not be able to trace? You have caused me significant inconvenience over something you could very easily have helped with. Your reasons for not helping which you have said below make no logical sense. You allow for drivers to enter rooms without your precious customers being present yet you yourselves cannot do it even when I gave you the lock code the other day? You make no sense. I would not recommend using Big Yellow if you are moving internationally.
Fantastic service from the guys here, especially Naif who was very accommodating. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Big Yellow.
