Unpractical and inconvenient access rules for visiting customers and drivers, As someone who drives between facilities for work, needing to use the toilet upon arrival after a long drive is a basic necessity. However, the current rules at Big Yellow Storage create unnecessary difficulties. Even after going through the main gate and entrance security, customers and drivers are not allowed to use the ground-floor toilets when they arrive unless they first go up to their storage unit (often on upper floors), enter their code, and unlock their padlock. If someone has travelled a long distance and urgently needs the toilet, being forced to take the lift or stairs to an upper floor just to unlock a unit first makes the process very inconvenient. Management should consider how difficult this is for people arriving after long drives and make the policy more practical.
Mercy is really kind and friendly and really helped me to get settled and get arround,. Explained everything in a friendly and professional manner. I really appreciate the service and would definitely recommend.
