It has gone down hill since it’s been refurbished, it’s more open and less relaxed. The food counter is smaller with less choice and no toaster. The food was all to cold. The service is slow and less friendly. This used to be the best lounge we’d used but I don’t think we’ll bother next time. A waste of money.

Everything was great. Food replenished regularly. Cathy in particular went above and beyond and a credit to the lounge.

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Dragon Pass.
