The bedroom and bathroom floors, sheets and towels were clean. The shower was good but a little more care when cleaning the outside of the toilet was needed. The bed was comfortable but there are not enough electric sockets. The sockets on the base of the bedside lights only worked when you had the lights switched on. The restaurant wasn't serving food due to an apparent event but were still serving food to other people in the restaurant. We were advised to order from Just Eat. Other than that the hotel was easy to find with lots of parking.

I attended a wedding reception here and had an absolutely wonderful time. Travelling was easy, as the location is very close to the M1, which made the journey convenient. The surroundings are beautiful, with some lovely walks around the hotel, and the venue itself was fantastic. The large downstairs space was perfect, offering plenty of room for dancing, dining, and even a dedicated area for children. There was also a separate reception room near the entrance, with comfortable seating areas that provided a nice change of atmosphere from the main venue. We stayed overnight and thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms were peaceful, the bedding was comfortable, and we were treated to a delicious breakfast in the morning. Thank you for such a great experience.

I recently visited this hotel and had a lovely experience. It was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location just off the motorway was really convenient.

Only a quick overnight before an early flight. Perfectly placed close to the airport without the premium.

This is the third time we have stayed here whilst attending the BTCC at Donnington Park. The rooms are clean and comfortable, absolutely ideal for what we need. The hotel could do with a bit of a refurb in some areas but that is all. The breakfast is good and we had an evening meal this time and it was great. The staff are lovely and friendly and work very hard. We have seen this over the last few years and recognise their faces from previous visits. Keep doing what you are doing.
