A fantastic space for a variety of uses: I've used the spaces for pop up shops and to use for a tea party. The owner is incredibly helpful, the rates are good, the interiors are well kept and the location is brilliant - next to Dovercourt Train station which has mainline links, as well as being just off the high street. Cannot recommend enough.

Beautiful multi purpose rooms, love the decor and the slight industrial style, lovely homage to the tool hire shop. The 1920’s adverts on the walls are a must see

Fantastic venue, well decorated and extremely appealing. My experience with Dewsbury Rooms and Luke has been excellent since day one. Very caring landlord who takes full ownership and prioritises tenants interests. Great communication and excellent value for money. Having used other venues in Harwich, Dewsbury Rooms became an obvious choice and Luke had surpassed all expectations. Highly recommended. A big thank you to those involved in this project. Well done!

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Dewsbury Rooms.
