I am the ex-landlord, and I am owed £8,486 by these people. I have a decree for this debt, and this was granted by The Sheriff Court in Edinburgh. This was granted in April and remains unpaid.
Used them for number of years now and initially had issue that mail forwarding over the emails was landing in the spam mailbox although once that was sorted had no problems with their service. You also have option to log in to their platform and find all the scanned mail. They would inform you if the letter received is out of your plan ( I had only basic for official letters) although upon calling them they will let you know senders address so you can chase who is after you with some fines. Finding that helpful. Also, the costs are low. So planing on joining them once again for my new venture.
Scummy business practices. Avoid at all costs. For 2 years I've been using the service. I renewed for another year 2 weeks ago. On the day my new contract started, once it was too late to cancel, they emailed me and said I need to upgrade to their most expensive plan to keep the address on my website. They refused cancellation or refund even though I was only HOURS into my new contract. The timing of this looks deliberate to strong-arm you into paying more. Use Icon Offices, way cheaper, better customer service
