Great space and great facilities. Rented a one desk office from Dave at the Vicky for one week in July 2025. Everything went super smoothly and was able to work as if at home from the first minute. Thanks Dave

Hired the meeting room in the first floor for a cross organisational meeting. Plenty of room for 10, and Mr Beat couldn’t do enough for us to make the session comfortable. Great tea and coffee making facilities with lots of choice. Convenient location in the centre of town, and also small office availability for one off or multiple days use. Can’t recommend highly enough! Thank you Team Vicky!

I've worked out of the plush Vicky Business Centre Meeting Rooms and found it a very enjoyable and productive experience. Its bang in the centre of town and excellent value if you need flexible office accommodation - so 5 stars

At 13b Station Street, those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Meeting Rooms are available. In addition, Private Offices can also be booked on a monthly basis.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Vicky.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Vicky, who is more than happy to help out.
