One of the best decisions that we have made today to decide to choose Arise as our virtual office and further more to apply Above funding which leads to a series of consequent good results. First the training is excellent and we have gained a lot. It is balanced as well, never feel overwhelmed and over committed but super helpful. Second, although small, the funding supports kicked off a list of collaboration and opportunities. A few feedback, if Arise package can include setting up business bank account and suggesting a list of accountants would be mutually beneficial. Secondly hope the customer feedback process should be easier and more proactive such as send an email asking for feedback at the same time providing a link such as Google reviews and other social media platforms. A bit wordy, but fully appreciated
