We used the new Escape lounge on 16th November 2025. What a contrast to the old lounge We were met on arrival by Louise, who provided a warm welcome and basically said theres very little difference. Usua routine for food and drink etc...pointed out the essentials. Always a delight using the Lounge when you have great staff. The atmosphere seemed a more subdued, maybe vecause of the omg o'clock start. But was most relaxing... Thanks again for great service.... See you soon.... Rgds Paul & Jane

Only 3 hot food options for breakfast is not enough very poor worst lounge withbl selection of hotnl food only sausage bacon and scrambled egg poor vegetarians other people has been asiking too where is beans and other stuff bread who the hell give burger stale bun for breakfast nothing to grab it with I liked the pastries but not everything is labelled and buffet seems chaotic I have paid for reserved seat and they just said sit wherever you want so nothing prepared

Lovely new lounge, food was fresh, good array of drinks too. Louise & Raul were so friendly and helpful - they work non stop!! Definitely recommend!

Greeted and seated by a lovely lady named Louise, served at the bar by a very pleasant young lady, I didn’t catch her name. The man of the hour was the loveliest gentleman, Raul, he was so friendly and entertaining, he made our time in the lounge so enjoyable. We’ve had a lovely time, thank you guys, you’re doing an amazing job xx
