Gather Round has become one of my favourite parts of settling into Bristol. The Cigar Factory itself is a beautiful old building, but honestly what’s kept me coming back is the community. It’s rare to find a workspace that actually feels like a family rather than just people sharing desks. I’ve met such brilliant people here, and there’s a warmth to the place you don’t get elsewhere. The family breakfasts are a real highlight, a proper way to start the day and actually talk to people rather than just nod over coffee. They hold a wide range of other events too, all of which have struck the perfect balance between informative and fun! If you’re after somewhere that feels like belonging rather than just working, this is it. Thanks so much to all the Gather Round team, and especially Naomi for her daily warmth and kindness.
While nomading, I've seen a lot of coworking spots, and Gather Round wins for best community. People are genuinely friendly and happy to be there, and actually show up for events. The space feels modern and trendy, has a kitchen ready for light lunch prep, and is a short walk from plenty of local shops and restaraunts. The 24/7 access is a great perk for members, and the building is alarmed, so it is fully secure.
The staff here are fantastic. Always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, they make you feel completely at home from the very first day. The space itself is absolutely stunning and a joy to work in. It feels thoughtfully designed, inspiring, and offers a refreshing change from your average coworking environment. Most importantly, being around other creative minds has been a transformative experience. The vibrant energy and supportive community here have really improved how I work. I can't recommend it enough!
Joining this space has been game changing after working from home. I love the variety of spaces to work from, the sociable dining area where I can meet other creative people, and the fun events that are put on for us. Highly recommend it.
