We absolutely love it here! After several months of looking at similar premises in London and Essex, we chose Create Business Hub Brentwood. The primary reasons were; 1/The warm and genuinely friendly welcome we received each time we visited at reception -(and that is a big plus every day :) 2/ The atmosphere in the office with all the other tenants is very warm , friendly and professional - even dog -friendly! That adds a charm of its own! 3/ In terms of Locality, again, it ticks all the boxes. Brentwood has the Elizabeth Line rail connection 100 metres from the office door. This calls to Liverpool St (The City) in 30 minutes, and Heathrow (1 hour 10 minutes) Perfect! We could not recommend it more highly :)

We moved into CBH in September 2025 after receiving very short notice from our previous rental office. Karen and the team were incredibly responsive—arranging a viewing quickly and getting the contracts signed within just a few days. What could have been a stressful transition was made smooth and hassle-free. The office facilities are great, with well decorated communal spaces and a stocked kitchen offering tea, coffee, and even beer on Fridays—which the team love! The atmosphere at CBH is warm and welcoming. Everyone, especially the reception staff, are friendly, accommodating, and always happy to help. They also organise regular activities, such as Macmillan coffee mornings, charity fundraisers, and more. I would recommend CBH to any business looking for office space!

We moved in during Spring 2025 and its been a breath of fresh air compared to our last rented office. Convenient location being near Elizabeth Line, Premier Inn and town centre (ideal for popping out for lunch). Several reasonably prices car parks nearby, which was our main concern before making the move.. Most noticeable improvement for us is the general atmosphere, quality of facilities and manner of the team there. Unlike Regus who seem to be the Ryanair of office rentals (minimum effort and maximum charges for anything extra!) Create really make the effort to keep the working environment as good as it can be and as part of the package. Clean, Tidy, Quick to resolve any issues, good coffee machines, quirky and smart meeting rooms, excellent support from reception. lots of other little treats and opportunities to network with other tenants. Highly recommend.
