Steve and Kara were both brilliant from start to finish and were just lovely people to work with. From viewing the flat to being handed the keys was just 6 days and they were wonderful with negotiating a zero deposit option with the landlord and ensuring the tenancy agreement came through quickly. I could not recommend them more

Matt and Justin did not simply find us a buyer; they helped change our lives. From my very first call with Matt, I knew we were in expert hands. He gave us honest, accurate advice and explained the market clearly. He also shared very interesting statistics that helped us understand how buyers behave and why certain approaches work. Everything he told us was backed by real knowledge and proved to be true. Matt kept me updated throughout the process, sometimes more than once a day, and provided ongoing encouragement, advice and support. I asked many questions, often every day and sometimes during evenings and weekends, but nothing was ever too much trouble. He was always patient, responsive and reassuring. Justin handled the viewings with complete professionalism, as well as genuine warmth and care. He represented our property exceptionally well and made the experience feel personal rather than simply transactional. Ridiculously good service, went far beyond what was required Matt wasn't even our estate agent, they were acting for the seller, yet they were the single reason our purchase got over the line. Our chain went quiet and Matt called us every day with updates, they were chasing solicitors and coordinating between all the estate agents in the chain to keep things moving. At points it honestly felt like they were project-managing the entire 5 person chain single-handedly. They did everything they could to make the process less stressful. If we ever sell in the area, Bairstow Eves will be the first call we make.

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Business Lettings.
