Ok offices, nice views from upper floors, on the new tramline route.

Entrance is on the main road . Wheel chair accessibility both to get to the building and to enter. Very modern ,with mini cafe and seating area on the ground floor. You would need to have an appointment to access any office within the building or know the name and organization you're there for.

The Tricorn Cafe has the Best Toast with Butter n Jam … worth Try are their salads and Yogurt mix.

I was invited to a meeting of a church that's opening in Birmingham. The Cafe is warm and welcoming. The food was delicious and the chef even came out to greet us. Hopefully this will be the base for the new church.
