Poor Service, Misleading Promises – Avoid This Regus Location
Our experience with Regus offices has been consistently poor. When we moved in, the office was dirty with marked walls, and we were given no proper induction or fire safety briefing. We even had to clean the office ourselves with the centre manager, totally unacceptable for a professional setup.
We were promised there would be no restoration charge, yet after the manager left, we were later invoiced regardless, a clear breach of what was agreed.
When renewing, they repeatedly inflated the rent, knowing tenants would rather stay than face the hassle of moving. When we moved to a larger office as we were expanding that office was not fit for use, carpets were missing, the fire alarm wasn't working, and temperature control was a constant issue. Complaints were ignored for weeks.
At one point, a team member had carpet removed from under his desk as a sample, it wasn’t replaced for weeks, creating a health and safety hazard. Another staff member filed a formal complaint over the cold conditions, poor airflow, and safety risks, and even mentioned legal advice.
We had to threaten legal action before being moved again, to another office with similar problems. Promised HVAC and airflow reports were never shared despite multiple requests.
In short, this Regus centre is not professionally run. Maintenance is poor, service is unresponsive, and basic health and safety is neglected. We cannot recommend it to any serious business.
Nobody is taking charge as the new manager was not involved in all of this from the start and the area manager doesn’t want to know!
Saddiq has been helpful, at least we don’t have half of our letters being returned to sender which was another issue.
