Beware of this tempting offer: €2.00/sqm for 2 months and then €5.90/sqm! Apparently, it's only in the fine print!

Unsatisfactory experience – Not recommended! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this office space leasing company. Communication was difficult from the start – inquiries were often responded to very late. Particularly annoying: I paid €99 for signage, but despite repeated inquiries, it still hasn't been installed. I received only evasive answers to my complaints, even though two months have already passed! Furthermore, the contract processing was non-transparent, and there were unexpected additional costs at the end. Overall, a disappointing service – you'd be better off looking for a more professional alternative.

Called, received an offer after 2 days, requested a second offer by phone due to smaller premises, center manager unavailable, then sick, then representative said to wait, then contacted again, was promised an offer would come, unfortunately nothing to date. Sirius Berlin called to ask if there was still interest, I explained that there was no further demand due to the current situation, the lady hung up, like a call center.

They've been waiting for a response for several months. If you even get through by phone, you're repeatedly put off because the tenant is (supposedly) out. However, you never get a call back – at least not if you're already a tenant and have a specific request. As a "new customer" (i.e., until the contract is signed), you're of course served quickly...
