They don't care about their neighborly duties. While the residents clean once a week, Sirius GmbH does it at least twice a year.

Unprofessional beyond belief. They request information over the phone and promise to provide space. None of this information is available on-site, let alone the promised space. A complete waste of time.

I wanted to book a virtual office with Sirius with the option to book a meeting room on a daily basis. I also wanted to book a storage space on site via myLager (part of Sirius). Although I pointed out several times by email that I could not be reached by phone during office hours and would like a non-binding offer by email, this was not possible. Instead, I was called every day and constantly left messages on my voicemail. After THREE (3!) weeks, I was sent an advertising brochure in PDF form that contained less information than the homepage. It was only because the location of the property was perfect for me that I took part in this drama for so long. Now I'm happy to accept the longer journey to the competition because I'm treated professionally as a customer there.

Unfortunately, I was unable to inquire about square meter prices either on the homepage or after writing a price request and receiving a call from Sirius. This would only be possible on site as part of a viewing appointment. “Is price the most important thing for you?” Yes, because I simply require a safe, dry and clean storage space from a professional storage provider.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Sirius Facilities.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
