Beautiful location, prestigious address in the heart of Montreal's Old Port. Practically brand new. Warm welcome.

Lots of different spaces, very bright, cozy. Perfect for small and large meetings. Very good working atmosphere. Top notch!

The best co-working space I've been to (and I've been to a lot around the world). Such an amazing space for both collaboration and individual work. There was someone to greet me when I entered and showed me the venue. Each desk has a dual monitor which was helpful. Tremendous sunlight to make working enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and tea options, and they had fruit and bagels. The "chill" zone with the bean bag chair was a nice place to rest after lunch. The venue wasn't too busy either so it was nice to take calls. Would definitely come back and can't wait to do so!

Ambiance, architecture, brightness, staff, workspaces, fully equipped kitchen, unlimited coffee, everything is absolutely perfect! I love this place!
At 85 Rue Saint-Paul Ouest, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Walter.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Walter, who is more than happy to help out.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
