The place is very nice. It has production/brutal design inheritance from the building. The atmosphere is powered by working energy. No place for procrastination. You will be productive, be sure! Nice balcony to have a rest in the summer. The best part are people who work there. Small companies and individuals have long history of working in there. Danny(owner) is best part of that all!

I love this place! The workspaces are large, the noise level is low, and it's a great, motivating space to work in. Having other friendly professionals working nearby is really inspiring!

I've been working in this coworking space for three years now, and I can say that the atmosphere is really pleasant. Dany, the manager, is very attentive to all the members. He always has a thousand ideas for innovating and adapting to everyone's changing needs. He provides us with an environment that allows us to work independently, while still feeling like we're part of a larger team. He never fails to encourage meetings, exchanges, and great professional connections. It's a real pleasure to work in this space, with its large windows overlooking the famous red brick architecture. When it snows, it's even more magical. I recommend this place without hesitation :)

Been here almost 3 years. It’s a warm place, with a variety of entrepreneurs for which you can lean on for advice. The owner Danny is also super chill!

I’ve been working at this coworking space for a little while now, and it has quickly become one of my favorite places to get things done. The environment is spacious and never feels crowded, which makes it easy to stay focused throughout the day. It’s also pretty quiet, perfect for deep work or calls without distractions. All the essential commodities are there: reliable high-speed internet, meeting room, kitchenette for lunch and good coffee. The place is well maintained and thoughtfully organized, which really adds to the overall experience. Whether you need a steady work environment or just an occasional spot to be productive, I highly recommend it.
4035 Rue Saint-Ambroise has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Ideal Coworking.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Ideal Coworking, who is more than happy to help out.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
