Beautiful furnished spaces, a little tight but all utilities included. Desks, work tables and booths for calls or videoconferencing. Several restaurants nearby.

What a peaceful place to work. I managed to be very focused on my work each time I came. I really like having access to the meeting space to invite my colleagues.

A very quiet coworking space, nicely decorated and well appointed (meeting room, cabin to isolate yourself during meetings, equipped kitchen). The staff is also very friendly and attentive to our needs. I recommend!
368 Avenue Fairmount Ouest has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Espace Mile End.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Espace Mile End, who is more than happy to help out.
