Great space. However, be extra careful when booking. There are no refunds or changes of dates. It's clear on their invoice. However, the reservation requires 100% deposit. There are other venues in Montreal that have less strict and understanding policies for artists. See below for past clients also. Check out any other space in Montréal that's actually ran by artists
