If you are looking to rent a 4 persons meeting room, don’t get fooled. They don’t put the real pictures. Only once you reserve you get an email showing you the real space. It’s a very small room with a round table and 4 chairs, no TV, no projector. There’s no reason for not putting the real pictures. The email received stated that they had another 6 persons meeting room but never stated that they could upgrade for free. So you end up thinking that they are trying to push you an upgrade. The place is not bad, and the people are nice. However this practice is bad. Put the real pictures.

Avoid Regus at all costs. This is a scam masked as a professional service, with zero support and zero accountability. If I could have put one star, I would have. This experience with Regus has been nothing short of a scam and lack of transparency. I signed up for a one-month office rental (May 13 to June 13) at the agreed rate of $481. Instead, I received three invoices totaling over $1,400 for a lease ending June 30 — a duration I never approved. From the moment I received the confirmation, I’ve been trying to cancel the agreement. I’ve sent multiple emails and made numerous calls to customer service, the corporate account team, and the Laval office — and every time, I’m told only the original salesperson can help, and no one else is accountable. It’s a complete runaround, and absolutely no one is taking responsibility. I have not used the space, and yet I’m being billed. This is not only frustrating, it’s unethical.

Do NOT make the mistake I did. Don't do business with Regus. As another reviewer said, Regus is set up to take your money dishonestly. I kept finding fees added to my invoice that I opted out of numerous times. They are quick to charge you and collect, and slow to reimburse. In fact, they say that it takes 30 days to receive your deposit once you leave. As I left on my last day I asked explicitly if there's anything I needed to do to receipt my deposit. I was told "no, it's automatic." So I waited 30 days. Nothing. I called only to be told that I had to fill out a deposit reimbursement form on the website. And so I did. Now I have to wait another 30 days. So I did. And when I called them, their systems were down but someone was going to call me back. No one called me, but I did receive an e-mail on a Friday with another form to fill. I only saw it after working hours so I decided to wait until the weekend since I figured no one will be around on the weekend to process it anyways. I was wrong. On Saturday morning they said that since I didn't fill out the form they were CLOSING MY TICKET. Just like that. 1 day later, after having waited for 60+ days, they decided that 1 day later they were just going to keep my deposit. These are not professionals. These are con artists. Save your time, money, and mental health and go elsewhere.

Came to drop a cheque off for one of their clients, asked for a proof of delivery, was refused. The proof of delivery was requested by 2 other agencies involved in the transaction. Asked for how else to confirm the delivery, they advised I need to contact a third party who I've never heard of, asked for the persons phone number and was met with a condescending response. I pointed out that there was no reason for the attitude, I'm simply trying to secure a proof of delivery, they become arrogant and combative for being called out on unnecessary attitude (without a raised voice, name calling, swearing or otherwsie) and refused to accept the delivery, telling me I have to speak to some unknown person they won't confirm the contact for, not even providing a last name. Once on the phone with one of the brokers, the story changed, they claimed to have told me how the proof of delivery would be processed. This was not true. Damn right I interrupted their false statements of information that was never provided, but the reaction was that pointing out them lying was abusive? Again, no yelling, name calling or abusive language, just stating that they were lying as that information was never shared. You're lying to my face. What the actual ****? So to recap, lazy staff, arrogant attitudes, can't write on a post it that they left a document for one of their clients or advise on the contact information for who to coordinate with to confirm, outright refuse to receive a document, which is the entire purpose of their service for most of their clients, and lying after the fact. Play victim because someone asked you to drop negative tones and unnecessary attitude ? Act as if someone is yelling and you and calling you names when they point out you're lying about what you said previously? Nah. In other news, every time my ecommerce company deals with REGUS it's because it's fraud passing through their offices. This is not a coincidence.

Clean and well organized office and meeting spaces; and Helena's service was impeccable.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Regus.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Regus to discuss accommodating your adjustments.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Want to get a feel for the workspace before signing up? Schedule a tour to experience St. Martin and envision your workday in this dynamic environment. All you need to do is fill out this form, indicating your preferred date and time, and we'll be happy to host you.
