With Dr. Nathalie Kouncar, the visit was tense, filled with preconceived notions and questions; it felt like an interrogation room. I know she's doing her job, but as a patient, she doesn't believe me. What a shame.

Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Abatzoglou treated both my knees for several years. Last September and December, he replaced them with prostheses. I received excellent care from this doctor; he helped prepare me for my recovery and always explained everything clearly. I highly recommend him. He's also very friendly 😉. Thank you so much, Dr. Abatzoglou! 👍🏻

You seem to have the right to refuse patients, which is perfectly normal. However, waiting six months for an appointment only to be told the same morning that you're refusing the request demonstrates the administrative chaos your facility is notorious for in Laval. For this affront, you deserve zero stars if I could.

Dr. Nathalie Hamel I was referred by my employer for an assessment after a workplace injury that caused a meniscus tear in my knee. Multiple doctors, including my family doctor and an orthopedic specialist, confirmed through MRI that I need surgery and physiotherapy, as the pain is constant and my daily life is severely affected. During assessment, this doctor’s behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. When I explained that my English is limited and asked for my husband to assist with translation, she refused at first in a dismissive way, and only later allowed it with a very negative attitude. Her comments and manner came across as rude and even discriminatory. The physical examination she performed was excessively long and painful, leaving me in worse condition the next day. Despite clear medical evidence and the recommendations of other doctors, her conclusion was that I need no treatment at all — a judgment that felt biased rather than professional. Overall, this was one of the most unpleasant and unhelpful medical experiences I have ever had.
