Appointment for expert evaluation with Dr. Dahan, very satisfied with how it went. It's understood that during an evaluation they can't really answer all the questions, but if I'd had the choice of surgeon from my file, after four knee surgeries, I would have chosen him 100%. Not to criticize my current surgeon, but his manner inspired confidence. Thank you, Dr. Dahan, I recommend him.
With Dr. Nathalie Kouncar, the visit was tense, filled with preconceived notions and questions; it felt like an interrogation room. I know she's doing her job, but as a patient, she doesn't believe me. What a shame.
Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Abatzoglou treated both my knees for several years. Last September and December, he replaced them with prostheses. I received excellent care from this doctor; he helped prepare me for my recovery and always explained everything clearly. I highly recommend him. He's also very friendly 😉. You seem to have the right to refuse patients, which is perfectly normal. However, waiting six months for an appointment only to be told the same morning that you're refusing the request demonstrates the administrative chaos your facility is notorious for in Laval. For this affront, you deserve zero stars if I could.
