I recently rented a workspace to store my inventory, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Michael and Karen were absolutely fantastic to deal with—extremely helpful, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. The space was clean, secure, and perfectly suited for my needs. If you're looking for a reliable and supportive environment to rent work space from, I highly recommend this place. A five-star experience all around!

1. They kept my deposit 2. When I emptied the unit there was rat excrement on the floor and on some of my boxes. Reason why I'm not coming back to rent again. The man in chargenof the office just told me it was a month to month agreement, if I wanted to vacate the unit just need to empty it and that's it. Now the admin didn't return my deposit because I had to let them know with "30 days notice". It's ok, they can keep the deposit. JUST, PEOPLE, ASK THEM TO GET PEST CONTROL!!

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with SpaceWork.
