The reviews are true they are scammers or the most incompetent company you can imagine. I also triple checked with the person who signed me up (Sean Meunier) that’d it be ok if I only had a month long membership. He told me exactly how to cancel. I did as he outlined. Months later Regus, the parent company, is threatening me with collections on an overdue payment which I told my bank to chargeback, because I have the CONFIRMATION EMAIL from them confirming I successfully cancelled my membership. What jokers. I will give them hell.

Believe the bad reviews. Beware of the 5-star reviews, many are fake. Lots of hidden fees, fake discounts, avoidant tactics, fine print charges, lies to your face (the manager who's selling the membership), lack of understanding of what a remote worker may need, they make you jump through hoops, customer service disappeared the moment there was an issue. ***Use your money and go to a coffee shop or the very new very free Junction Triangle Toronto Public Library.*** ***Don't believe the replies - there was no customer service in sight when I contacted them a few times ***

I'm a little disappointed with the way Spaces team handled my request. Due to changes to my office premises I decided to give this Spaces location a try with a monthly membership. However, I was informed at work that my new office would be ready to accommodate without having to make alternate arrangements. This meant that I had to either terminate my agreement with Spaces or donwgrade plan to a 10 day package since all the membership money would go down the drain otherwise. I explained the situation to the area sales manager of this location as well connected with Spaces helpdesk but instead of understanding my requirement and situation they would quote me '31 days terms and conditions apply'. I was looking for a win-win solution but didn't get any support from Spaces team. Not only it's expensive in comparison but also very rigid in its customer care process. I'm very shocked and appalled to experience this inconvenience.
