Originally built in 1959, 100 University Avenue is a 12-story tower located in the centre of Toronto’s Financial District. In 1994, the building underwent a large-scale renovation, during which it was stripped down to its original concrete frame. The two-year rebuild project was conducted under the design direction of Boris Zarafa. Now, it’s a Class-A building with a striking granite and glass façade that hosts over 294,000 square feet of space.
