We toured this venue early in our wedding planning process and were immediately impressed. It was beautiful and felt like the perfect fit for our wedding. We were ready to book right away, but the team told us they were still finalizing their pricing for the following year and would be in touch as soon as it was confirmed. Unfortunately, what followed was a very disappointing experience. Over the next couple of months, we followed up multiple times and were told they were still waiting on approvals or signatures. Then, they simply stopped responding altogether. No replies to emails, no returned calls or voicemails. We even sent a new inquiry from a different email address just to see if we'd get a response, and still nothing. By September, with no communication and our wedding date approaching early the following year, we had no choice but to move forward with another venue. This was the first time we’ve ever been completely ghosted by a vendor, and we’re really disappointed in the lack of professionalism. We understand delays can happen, but a simple response or update would’ve gone a long way. To this day, almost a year later, we’ve still never received any kind of response or explanation from them.

Attended a 2 day workshop here. Well organized. Clean. Friendly staff. Bathrooms were so clean at all times! Food was fantastic! Worth every penny.
