Getting In Instructions for Wellington Cowork After booking or signing up, you’ll receive an email from KISI with all the necessary instructions. Here’s a quick guide on how to access Wellington Cowork using the KISI digital lock system:

1. Check Your Email: Upon booking or membership confirmation, you’ll get an email from KISI with instructions on downloading the app and setting up your access. Please check spam as well.

2. Download the KISI App: Follow the instructions in the email to download and set up the KISI app on your phone.

3. Unlock the Door: Once you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll have immediate access to Wellington Cowork.

• Tap to Unlock: Simply tap your phone near the digital lock.

• Use the KISI App: Alternatively, you can press the ‘Unlock’ button within the app to remotely access the coworking space.

4. Security & Assistance: Your access allows you to come and go freely during your membership hours. If you need help or a tour, please contact us before your arrival, and we’ll assist you.
