I called and asked if I could visit for a tour in roughly an hour. The receptionist confirmed that I could walk-in for the tour but when I arrived, she was not at the receptionist's desk. I even called twice while I was in the lobby and there were still 10 minutes left until closing time (it was 4:50 PM) yet the desk was left unattended and she did not pickup my calls. A tour should take only 2-5 minutes. I did not go into the members' area but looked around the lobby and the snacks area was also left unattended which seems unsafe. Can there be a different receptionist here who is actually available during work hours for tours and answering questions for possible new members? Please staff someone else here, who is more responsible as it wastes our time to visit and find out the person who confirmed will be there for the tour is unavailable.
