During my 3 year tenancy I found Lord Simcoe Place to be well maintained, professional and comfortable making it a productive working environment. Highly recommend for business looking for a modern workspace in the heart of downtown Oshawa with access to many amenities.

My office was located in Lord Simcoe Place between the years 2002 and 2024 until my retirement. Most other offices in the building were long term tenants. Tenants benefit from on-site landlord/management which puts significant effort into ensuring each office is looked after. The building was recently renovated and has an attractive entrance and modern offices. It is is very well maintained.

One of the best office spaces to rent and woek at. THE OWNER Cindy is a awesome landlord and leaves no stone unturned to ensure each tenant and office sapce is looked after. Very reasonably priced too. Am glad i moved here and found the perfect offfice spot for my small business. Kudos and much thanks to Cindy for maintaining Lord Simcoe Place.

Lord Simcoe Place is a beautiful building and a great place to rent an office! I’ve been here for over eight months, and it has been a fantastic experience. Cindy, the landlord, is absolutely charming—so flexible and wonderful to work with. And Anders, the superintendent, is truly a gem—he always goes above and beyond to support everyone in the building. Highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming office environment!
