I rented a boardroom at Prima Spaces, 320 Matheson and it was an awesome experience. Booking was easy , the space was great, comfy, and had everything I needed for my meeting. The environment is professional, clear, and safe, perfect for hosting clients. My clients were very impressed with the space. They offer great amenities including free parking, a coffee machine, and all necessary office stationery. The boardroom comes equipped with a large screen TV for presentations and a whiteboard, which made my meeting run smoothly. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ali, who was very polite and welcoming, giving me a thorough tour of the facility. Highly recommend Prima Spaces for anyone looking for a top-notch meeting venue!

At Prima Spaces, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs are also available. In addition, Private Offices and Coworking Memberships can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Prima Spaces.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Prima Spaces, who is more than happy to help out.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
