ATTENTION CURRENT & POTENTIAL TENANTS: DEPOSIT RISK! If you are renting with Zemlar Offices, please be extremely careful with your deposits. My company was a tenant at their now-closed Markham location (55 Commerce Valley Dr. W.), and we are still owed $1,728 in unreturned security and last month's rent deposits. Although they officially promised in writing via email to process the refund, they have kept making empty promises and withholding our money for over a year. Recently, they rarely even answer our messages. A Small Claims Court lawsuit is currently underway. Due to our busy schedule, we haven't frozen their bank accounts yet, but we are now preparing to finalize the legal process and asset seizure shortly with the help of a lawyer. Zemlar Management, if you want to resolve this matter before formal legal action escalates further, contact me immediately.

even 1 start is over rated, my phone calls were never got answered, lost mails, and always have to 30mins+ for my mail even in regular working hours, no staff on site....what's the hell service!!!

As per my lease, the deposit was refundable. After my lease ended, they never gave me my deposit back. I called multiple times and sent emails, no response. Be careful when you are leasing an office because the management is not helpful and you won’t get your deposit back

Extremely dishonest. I vacated their villagecenter private office after following due process in december 2024, more that 1 year ago. I am courteously reminding them to return my security deposit. Nothing yet…. Beware of these fraudsters.

Be aware of this company is a scam. They close bussines hubs and don't provide refund to tenants so you lost all your money
