My brother had his wedding at this venue and let me tell you the list of complaints I have for this disgusting place. 1) the website says climate controlled. Well it’s not even that the place is hot even with fans. 2) there is only one bathroom on the main floor and the second one you have to up the stairs. The bathroom that is up stairs the door you have to force to shut and open because it is broken. 3) my brother and his wife were promised the upper balcony but then it got rented out to some company with computers. 4) there was a guy playing video games in a room by the main level bathroom. 5) a photographer showed up that was not part of the wedding and they weren’t aware the place was booked for a wedding. 6) the bride went there to get her make up done for 10:00 and the place wasn’t unlocked and when she phoned the guy the guy wouldn’t get there for 30 minutes leaving her down town by herself out side a building. 7) the guy Chris who the manager of this place showed up to the wedding and he helped himself to the bride and grooms late lunch before even acknowledging how things were going. 8) when we addressed his climate controlled on his website he said the place was not air conditioned and and he kept saying he didn’t know to our questions about it. . 9)we did not see and building permit for occupancy for this building. There is a fire excavation plan but it’s not clear.I don’t remember seeing a fire extinguisher. 10) last but not least cockroaches were found. This place needs to be shut down! do not book anything here!! If it wasn’t for my now sister in laws excellent taste in decor to make the wedding beautiful, and the people then this wedding can be said as a disaster. My sister in law gets all the credit for making this wedding Beautiful and some of the staff that work for Chris get some credit for doing the best they could with all the scenarios given to them. This an unsafe place to work, have an any type of event! The only reason why I’m giving a star is so this can posted for everyone to read otherwise this place doesn’t deserve a star of any kind!

Got married at this venue last Saturday and I’m just disappointed how Chris is a business man by running his own space. pretty much didn’t care at the time to ask our catering for a platted dinner, plus at the beginning the attitude was more not caring and just wanted to make money. He didn’t leave the fans running because finding out last minute having no air conditioning’s ,the place was already 28 degrees at like 12pm and our wedding started at 2pm. choose another place if you don’t want the best day of your life ruined by Chris since bathroom doors are broken, no toilet paper for the guests, rooms getting rented out with people sleeping in them like seriously. video proof of bugs in the upstairs area where our food was being prepared for all our family and friends.

Do not have your wedding/event here. - The upstairs area, initially promised, was rented out without notifying the bride and groom. - A resident had to access their space through our event. - Chris, the contact for permits and inspections, forwarded tasks to the wedding coordinator. - Live and dead cockroaches were spotted on the premises. - The advertised "fully operational kitchen" had a broken stove. - Broken tables led to a shortage, causing delays. - "Climate Controlled" was false; no AC made the event uncomfortable, leading to heat exhaustion. - Liquor sales were stopped at 10 PM instead of the agreed 12 AM. - The bride and groom were told to provide toilet paper and paper towels. - No water/coffee station as advertised. - Chris asked the caterers for food before guests were served. - Chris helped himself to the wedding cake and food. - He double-booked a photoshoot during our wedding. - Chris was consistently late and absent when needed, causing delays.
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.
While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Motto Workspace to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.
For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
