I’ve been working at this space for over a year and the management has changed many times, currently there is no dedicated person responsible for assisting when there are issues. There’s sometimes someone at the front desk but not always. Used to have someone who took requests and made the space much more welcoming but they have since left. Wifi is often slow and temperature in the office is always unpredictable, sometimes freezing and other times boiling.

I have booked a room. They have my payment in full. No correspondence from them at all. I've send 3 email messages and no reply. The phone number on their website is out of order. I went by the building on Pender Street during business hours and it was locked, I buzzed the 3 buzzers for their offices and no one answered. Not impressed at all. How do you get in for your booked time? So far, a poorly run business.
