• How should I choose the best workspace for my needs?

  For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

  On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

  Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.  

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with HiVE.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at HiVE? How about for a day or a month?

  At HiVE, Executive Meeting Rooms, Meeting Room As and Small Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, HiVEs, Executive Meeting Rooms and Meeting Room As are also available.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  HiVE is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.
