I rented an office from this company with high expectations, but unfortunately the entire experience was one disappointment after another. From the beginning, communication was difficult and many of the promises made during the rental process were either not fulfilled or became subjects of endless arguments. The most frustrating part of the experience was the handling of the damage deposit. After leaving the office in good condition, I expected my deposit to be returned promptly and fairly. Instead, I was met with delays, excuses, and unnecessary disputes. Rather than dealing with the matter professionally, the owner seemed more interested in arguing and finding reasons to avoid returning the deposit. What concerns me most is whether this is an isolated incident or part of a pattern. If this happened to me, I can't help but wonder how many other tenants have experienced the same thing. How many people have paid damage deposits expecting them to be returned, only to find themselves caught in lengthy disputes and forced to fight for money that rightfully belongs to them? Renting an office should be a straightforward business relationship built on trust, professionalism, and fairness. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. The stress, wasted time, and constant back-and-forth over the deposit turned what should have been a simple rental into a very unpleasant experience. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering renting office space here to carefully document everything, keep records of all communications, take detailed photos before and after occupancy, and make sure they fully understand how deposits are handled. I wish I had known beforehand what I was getting into. Overall, I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and with serious concerns about the way tenants are treated once it comes time to return their deposit.
