Very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. The receptionist was extremely rude to me. I was told that this WeWork location is pet-friendly, and WeWork’s website also lists the location as dog-friendly. However, when my dog sat on a footstool, the receptionist told me that dogs are not allowed on the furniture. I understand that there may be rules regarding pets and furniture, but I couldn’t find this specific rule on their website. More importantly, the way the receptionist spoke to me was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. My dog is very small—only 7 pounds—and I would have appreciated being informed about the rule politely and respectfully. Being pet-friendly should also come with clear communication and reasonable treatment of pet owners.

Usually a pretty good location, today I travelled from further away to have a nice latte and enjoy some work here. The employee Elvis Carvajal, closed the coffee machine early. When I asked him if he could turn it back on so I could have a latte as it was still within the time displayed to use the machine, he argued with me and refused to do it because the machine takes 10 minutes to turn on and he didn’t want to stay a couple minutes late to accommodate me. Then he was rude to me on top of it and said I was in the wrong and insulting me. Not a good customer experience at all.
